The standard lease term is one year, however leases signed between November and February are 16-months. Sub-leasing is available. A $35 nonrefundable processing fee must be submitted with your application.

Upon approval of your application, a non-refundable holding fee of $350.00 in the form of a money order is required within 3 business days. This fee is applied towards your first month's rent. A security deposit of one months rent is required for any floor plan and is due upon move-in.

We allow cats for an additional $25/month per cat, plus a non-refundable pet fee of $250.
