The rent includes a modern kitchen (with frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal), 24-hour access to the clubhouse, fitness center and a business center, heated swimming pool, landscaping, snow removal, 24-hour maintenance and refuse collection. |

Our residents are responsible for their own utilities, which include: Corning Natural Gas, NYSEG, and a quarterly water and sewer charge. Please ask staff for monthly estimates. |

There is a required fee of $28 per month for Time Warner's standard package of 75 channels. |

How long is the lease term? |

Our lease term is one year, however, if you sign a lease and move in between the months of November and February, the term will be 16 months. Yes, we do allow subleasing. |

We do rent garages for an additional $70 per month, which must run concurrently with your lease. |

What about a laundry room? |

Each apartment is designed for a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room in the entry of the apartment. In addition, our clubhouse has a small laundry center that includes coin-operated machines for your convenience. |

Can I use the clubhouse to entertain my guests for a private party? |

The clubhouse is available to reserve for your private parties for all residents on a first come, first served basis for a small nominal fee. |

Yes. Washers and dryers can also be rented for an additional $50 per month for the pair. |
